We’re expanding our CRM practice and looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM / Power Platform Consultant to help deliver impactful solutions for our clients.
What You’ll Do
- Lead workshops, gather requirements, and document functional specifications
- Configure Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages)
- Support full project lifecycles—from scoping and demos to UAT and go-live
- Coordinate with developers and validate customizations
- Deliver training and provide post-implementation support
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM experience
- Strong functional analysis and documentation skills
- Excellent communication, client-facing, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with Power Platform (low-code/no-code)
- Microsoft certifications are a plus
