Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant to join our growing ERP consulting team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys working closely with clients, delivering high-quality solutions, and taking ownership of end-to-end implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations, upgrades, and enhancements
- Engage with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions
- Configure, customise, and support Business Central to meet client needs
- Provide functional expertise, best-practice guidance, and solution design leadership
- Support project delivery activities including workshops, testing, training, and go-live support
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a consultant working with Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV)
- Knowledge of LS Retail would be considered as an asset
- Strong understanding of ERP processes, including finance, operations, and supply chain
- Experience working directly with clients in a consulting or professional services environment
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
