LS Retail Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an LS Retail Consultant to join our growing ERP consulting team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys working closely with clients, delivering high-quality solutions, and taking ownership of end-to-end implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse customers’ retail processes, requirements and operational challenges.
Conduct workshops and translate business requirements into functional solution designs.
Configure and implement LS Central and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
Advise customers on best practices across retail operations
Prepare functional specifications for developments, integrations and customisations.
Collaborate closely with developers, project managers and other functional consultants.
Configure solutions and support integrations with third-party applications and services.
Plan and execute functional testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Prepare user documentation and deliver customer training.
Support data migration and go-live activities.
Provide post-implementation support and assist customers in continuously improving their solutions.
Maintain strong customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience implementing or supporting LS Central / LS Retail solutions.
Good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
Strong understanding of retail business processes and operations.
Experience in requirements gathering, business analysis and solution configuration.
Ability to translate business requirements into practical functional solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work directly with customers and manage expectations professionally.
Strong written and spoken English.
Ability to work independently as well as within a project team.
