One of the most impactful elements of the solution was the implementation of AI-driven RFQ automation, which accelerated RFQ processing by up to 20 times faster. As a result, manual effort was significantly reduced, while response times and procurement efficiency improved considerably.
- Faster, Data-Driven Procurement Decisions
The platform introduced side-by-side vendor price comparison, enabling teams to evaluate supplier pricing more efficiently and make faster, data-informed purchasing decisions.
- Mobile-Enabled Warehouse Operations
Through the integration of Tasklet from Tasklet Factory, warehouse teams can now operate using mobile devices, thereby improving stock accuracy, streamlining workflows, and reducing manual processes.
- IMPA Code Standardisation
The implementation introduced IMPA code standardisation, ensuring consistent product identification across operations while also improving data accuracy throughout the supply chain.
