To strengthen warehouse operations, Warehouse Insights was deployed to support:

LS Central: Powering Retail Operations at the Outlets
For the retail side of the business, LS Central was implemented at both the Medical Centre outlet and San Gwakkin Pharmacy. This provided a unified retail management system capable of handling everything from sales to realtime inventory updates.
The POS systems were fully integrated with EPOS machines, ensuring seamless transactions and a smooth customer experience.
Loyalty integration with Loyale
LS Central was integrated with Loyale, a loyalty platform used across the Michele Peresso Group. The moment a loyalty member is identified at the POS, their full profile, point balance, and redemption options are available instantly with points immediately awarded and redeemed in real time providing customers with an experience that builds real trust.
